Galson Laboratories is offering work experience and scholarships to qualified students at colleges and universities in and around Central New York.

The Galson Intern/Scholar Program awards $1,000 annual scholarships to successful applicants studying chemistry, environmental science and industrial hygiene. In addition to the scholarship, participants are paid to intern a minimum of 180 hours over the course of a year. The interns work on projects related to developing analytical methods and process improvements.

Students interested in being considered for the program should submit a completed application and a copy of the most recent transcript or an official record of courses and grades. Applications may be submitted either online or sent to Galson Laboratories, Att: Mary Unangst, Senior Vice President.
